March 14th is League Meeting Day

March 6, 2018 by nvtyll_webmaster Leave a Comment

It’s that time of year again!

League Meeting Day will be on March 14th from 6:30pm – 9pm at the Williston Town Hall. All League coaches and program representatives are encouraged to attend this meeting and learn about how the 2018 season will be structured. Changes in rules and the 3rd/4th grade game structure will be reviewed in addition to league fees.

Please come prepared with team numbers and hosting availability for the 2019 season! We want to schedule the season as quickly as possible for you and your players.

Coaches will be provided mouth guards and be provided time to schedule scrimmage at the end of the meeting.

If you have a matter which you would like specifically addressed at the meeting please contact the board in advance.

We look forward to seeing you on March 14th!

Code Of Conduct

The NVTYLL has adopted the policy and philosophy of the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) with respect to “Honoring the Game” for all NVTYLL participants including players, coaches, officials, and spectators as follows:

PCA believes the time has come to unite behind a powerful new term, “Honoring the Game.” Coaches, parents, and athletes need to realize that an Honoring the Game perspective needs to replace the common win-at-all-cost perspective.
